National Sales Manager
Our client, the leader in the manufacture and export of corporate promotional merchandise, seeks to engage with experienced and exceptionally talented persons to hold the role of a NATIONAL SALES MANAGER.

Responsibilities
•Identifying new and emerging market opportunities in Kenya and the region, convert them to commercial propositions for the company
•Increasing the Company’s market presence and penetration in Kenya and the region
•Training, organizing and driving the team to achieve company and individual targets by effectively monitoring their performance, motivating and guiding them
•Providing on-going relationship management to existing clients
•Identifying and qualifying new prospects through persistent and dynamic lead generation activities
•Preparing regular reports including monthly reports and annual sales budget by forecasting and analyzing the market trends
Requirements
•Minimum Bachelor’s degree in the business related field, preferably marketing
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Sales with at least 5 years in Management
•Familiarity with operations of the Marketing, Procurement and Promotion originating functions within large organizations
• Strong interpersonal, Communication, Negotiating and Presentation skills
•Strong Leadership capabilities, including empowering others, managing performance and creating a motivating environment
•Customer focused and works to maintain strong customer relationships
•Strong Planning, Organizing, Prioritizing and Time Management skills
•Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment and adapt to change and be flexible as business situation arise
Indicative pay level Ksh 500,000.
